Before we all get too excited..we weer lucky tonite to beat a team that was more pathetic than we have been. Not to be negative, but geesh we had 12 shots entering in the 3rd period. 12 shots last game and 15 in a lucky win against Philly. Having said that, I did at least see some DESIRE in the 3rd period and I s...

I just looked at the shift chart on www.nhl.com and i noticed Bonk didn't play in the third period. Was he benched or hurt? I don't know what to hope for more.

Cherry says to sign Saku. Check out the interview after the game. Yeah this guy doesn't care about the Habs.... He looked the wrong way when Bulis scored. Oh my goodness, he is the cancer in the dressing room. Maybe you guys can shut it now... Zip it and go cheer for Sundin and the Leafs. Saku bleeds...

Let's get some of the positives going. How about this kid? 2 goals in his first game back after such a long layoff? And from what I hear, he was a buzzsaw all night. There has to be a good solid building block to this team. We have a great bunch of young guns, including Ryde...

Just wondering who here is involved in the game more than just watching it for fun. Who here is involved in hockey in some way shape or form? I got to wondering this last night as we talked, I was surprized that we have a few insiders. When i came to the board I thought I would be one of the only one with insid...

Well I am home from the country bar..thong and all. Got thrown off the bucking saddle at 1 am. Fortunately the Captain broke my fall. I have some observations and perspective: It is very apparent to me that Gianey is not the coach that CJ is. I have been watching very carefully and as unbiasedly as po...

Wow, for a minute I thought I was imagining it. Personal attacks, name calling and negative posts. This is the first time I stayed on the board for an entire game, and the last. I will be the first to say the game wasn't perfect, but, they beat the Buds in Toronto. I'm going to en...

Here are my three points on Koivu: 1. He is the habs best player, consistent both offensively and defensively. I mean let's get real. 2. Should he be Captain. Of course. He leads with on ice performance. It's one thing to yak away in the dresssing room, but another thing to actually prove it on the ic...

1) CJ was a good coach and should not have been let go. BG taking over does not seem to have made a difference with the way the players are playing. The main benefit I see from BG being behind the bench is he will be able to see what the team needs to get better, from the best position possible. Too bad CJ had to p...

Out of the blue you have become an angry fella? I have not noticed this in previous posts? BUT, not to add fuel to the fire, that was the right play by Koivu. UP the boards. Ever notice that our smurfs try to play big and our so called muscle players play small! What happened to the big guys on this team? Ryder, Zed, Bonk, Souray, Kovy ,Komi etc? These guys are not winning the board battles or even coming close to playing big! Now Downey comes along...

...and a speed-bump between his mouth and brain! CALM DOWN BIG FELLA! ...Saku scored! It's OK! He played well....EZ!

Wow ... 10 shots after two periods. The habs are destroying what little is left of support for them. Imagine the booing when they get back to the Cabin Telephonique for the next games against the Canes. by the way, Theo is playing pretty good, but not getting much support from his teammates....

Ando · Ando

...finally, our 3 highest paid players stepped up! Good game from Saku, Kovy & Theo! ...lets hope the top line can continue to improve...because my heart is in my throat every time they play in our end - YIKES! Anyway...'bout time...good hustle in the 3rd!
