Wow ... 10 shots after two periods.

The habs are destroying what little is left of support for them.  Imagine the booing when they get back to the Cabin Telephonique for the next games against the Canes.

by the way, Theo is playing pretty good, but not getting much support from his teammates.  Notice how the Leafs pile on Theo after whistles and no hab jumps in?

Also, I am beginning to think Souray is the biggest problem on the team.  The guy is careless ie takes stupid penalties. He can't score, hes slow and lumbering. Someone should check the habs won/loss with and without him in the lineup (he was not in for the win over Philly).

From what has been said on CBC from Demers (after 40 minutes) it might be Kovy that is the problem in the dressing room.

Actually if we look back to two years ago, the one major change to the team is Kovy (i.e. during the season). He was actually really bad for the Habs during his 10-12 games during the season in 2003-2004. Demers mentioned that Kovy shot down CJ in front of all the players prior to the firing...

Could he be bringing down the team? I dunno with all the rumours and media speculation....

Pathetic effort once again...we had 12 shots in the 3rd period. When do we reach "rock bottom"?

I agree Niet...Souray looks very flat footed and his shot is not getting through from the point.  What we do need is shot shot and why not more shots.   habs in OT

Souray has the tools, but he doesn't have the hockey sense to put them to use.  He's like a skill player with the brain of a goon.  As for our PP, it is amazing how many times we pass it to the guy between the circles and he dishes it off somewhere instead of shooting.  Finally we score two in the third when Koivu and Bulis decide to shoot from there.  I know they weren't PP goals, but it highlights how effective it is to shoot from that position.  I think we overcompilcate the PP, especially on the road.
