Good thing some posters have this seasons' poor play of Bonk and Ribs to conveniently try to justify Saks poor play and lack of Captain like responsibilities! Without these two, how would they make their points? They would have to compare him to other Captains and or first line...

Anyone hear from Mulsy lately...YOU HOOOOOOUUU....PUHLEEEZ - NICE TURTLE ON YA! Anyway...And-o is/was not so upset by Saku's lazy dumb-ass penalty as by his absence from the post-game interviews (as Barry33 posted)! I tell ya, say what you will...but And-o i...

Maybe a stupid question, but while on the 5 on 3 if the Habs took another paenalty what happens. Does the guy go to the box and its a delayed penalty. (his time does not click down until one of the others is over) They certainy do not give Buffalo a sixth man. I guess if you are going to take stupid penalties do...

I like Francis Bouillon. I really do. He's feisty, he hits, he's a decent passer, and he plays his heart out every night. But when is he going to learn how to cover in front of his net? Granted, with a 5 on 3 advantage, it's likely that a team as good as The Swords is going to score on you eventually. But did the...

I dislike Koharshy also but I think that was the right call.....no goal! If you look at the replay, Ryder intentionally pushed at the puck with his waste. Regardless that it did or didn't go off his glove(which I think it may of) he can't do that! The puck can go off his body ina...

Does anyone know the name of the crazy play by play man that announces the Sabers games? Also is there anyway to watch that feed if your living up here in Canada. Since the beginning or the season I've been looking at our young players. Plekanec seems to have proven game after game that he is an NHL. However, we always try to forecast what type of player he'll be in the near future. I'm kind of indecisive on him. On one hand, he's a solid two way player and on the othe...

As one who has been critical of Huet's play from his first appearance, it is time for me to eat crow. At the same time, let me say that I think Rollie Melanson deserves to be recognized for his contributions. Huet no longer stays down for so long, and there have been improvements in other asp...

I think Gainey will put Theo in net on the road against Sabres, right or wrong! What's your guess?

Back to back games with a 60 minute effort in each one. Seems BG is starting to get the work ethic we've been needing for so long. Let's hope it continues over the next two games.

Didn't see the game (saw the highlights this morning). Huet's numbers were respectable - 3 goals allowed on 34 shots - and there's not much he could do the stop that one in OT. So could someone evaluate his game for me, please?

OK..enough of sounding totally like Leafs fans. The referees are NOT out to get the Canadiens and they are NOT losing hockey games for us. The p-l-a-y-e-r-s a-r-e! The penatlties they have been taken have, for the most part, been selfish and lazy..and sometimes, just plain stup...

There was one key point in the game last night that showed me the difference between Montreal and Buffalo. Montreal scores the tying goal with 3 minutes left in the game with the Ribieoro/Kovalev line. We lost due to lack of discipline. Nobody but the team, put them in that position. But i still think we played with great intensity and in my opinion outworked the Sabres most of the game. Huet deserved first star in my opinion. By the way i had great seats

Happy to get the point - hope the guys bounce back. The team competed tonight thats what I liked. Too bad we got into penalty trouble or we would have won the game. Keep up the work boys - GO HABS GO!!

But, did any of you watch the game on TSN? Catch Koivu clips throughout the game? If you did, you would see how much this guy brings to the table. Few team leading scorers hit, grind and play defense that way. He is as much a point producer as he is a grinder. AWSOME. Or in McGuire's words---a monster. But fo...
