Dont take this the wrong way, I really don't know. How often are scouts at NHL games? Is it really that unusual?

Can you approach someone like that and ask him what he thinks? Or would doing that potentially "jinx" a deal? i'm not really sure how this works.

Theres is some kinda code, don't approach a scout unless you know him. Trust me, after two days there, I still keep a low profile.

Also, from what I understand, you can't cheer in the press box, that's what I've been told however
