When the other team has 2 penalties. Both penalties were deserved. Koivu and Begin should know that the Habs do not get any breaks when Ko-arse-ski is refereeing. Better luck next game.

It's true but the Koivu call was legit...he held the stick. And he had no choice but to call Begin. So I think the calls were unfortunately justified.

Yeah, good job by our leader, our captain, we're on the powerplay and he takes a stupid holding the stick call...so what if the guy gets the puck out of our zone, we regroup and try again. Smart to put the team down a man in overtime let alone 2 men, i knew before overtime started what was going to happen....poor Huet. And for the record, i don't see a reason why Ryder's goal shouldn't of counted..it didn't go off of his glove, it looked like it went off of his shaft, but oh well, Koharski was there right away to wave that one off.

I totally agree Muller93, they took bad penalties which they need to stop doing. But the problem I have with the ref's are the none calls that should be called. How the hell can you have 2 ref's on the ice and mis so many calls that are obvious, but yet they see a hand pass along the boards from the other end of the ice. I don't get it.

Perhaps, but it simply coincidence that all of Koh-arse-ki's game end up being won or lost on penalties? It's almost like he wants to get credit for the win.

Koivu knows better..or SHOULD know better by now. It was just a plain and useless penalty. Begin needs to sit for awhile. If I had 20 bucks for every D_U_M_B penalty that Begin has taken this year I could retire. Most of these penaltties are lazy penalties. The hooks, the stick holding, the trips..these are all penalties that are caused by not wanting to make that extra effort to catch the guy legally.
