I think I heard the Kliebrink is kicking ass and taking names (6-1 or 6-2). Can anyone update me? And , hasn't Norway pretty much owned the Canucks in recent memory? According to TSN, the only fricken sports news is that Gretzky feels bad.

Gainey confident with Huet!
(Preview)
This is what GB had to say to a reporter when asked if he thinks the loss of Theo will add too much pressure on Huet's shoulders...
“If Cristobal has shown us anything of late, it’s that he does not appear capable of even sensing pressure,” shrugged Gainey. “He had control of our net heading into the Oly...

Theodore - New Diagnosis
(Preview)
Originally Theo was supposed to be out of action 6 - 8 weeks. This has been changed this morning to 4 - 5 weeks. So this would bring him back around March 26th. They would play the Pens if the Habs decide to start him.
Wonder if Huet and Danis end up doing a suberb job, whether it will help or hinder the chemi...

North American Hockey Crisis?
(Preview)
Now that both USA and Canada were eliminated, and Europeans left (Finland, Sweden, Russia and Czech or Slovakia), it seems to me the biggest crisis of North American hockey. There is no excuse that some players were not available due to the NHL. What do you think? Do those guys need to change the style o...

Interesting to see the Olympian Habs' performance to date, as juxtaposed against their recent performance for the Habs, to wit:
Koivu - played poorly of late for the Habs; on fire in Torino.
Kovelev - ditto (has had a good game or two in the past few weeks, but generally not putting out, unli...

I guess this ends all the "Who To Replace Jose" stuff thats been going on around here. Good news about this is if Danis plays a certain amount of games (More than he has) he will be a restricted free agent instead of an unrestricted free agent which he would be if he played no more games. I can't rec...
