Huet and Streit Will Play Tonight
(Preview)
BG just confirmed that Huet will the goaltender tonight against TO. BG is really all about not breaking the chemistry, isn't he?
Bouillon hurt his hand in last night's game and Pleks is hurt too. BG says that there's a good chance that Streit will play tonight. Hope he's not too rusty. Hasn't played i...

The Wild placed Daigle on waivers yesterday...
He's an unrestricted free agent at season's end, but is this end of his NHL career. Daigle has the talent but no heart. It'stoo bad...the greatest sin is waisted talent!!! I thought he was performing in Minnesota but to my surprise, 5 goa...

Just wondering if anyone is going to the game Tuesday between the buds and habs, as I'm going to cheer on our boys. Also how many people are going to Montreal for the two games on Mar 23 and 25 against the buds. I'm going down for both games with 11 buddies and was wondering if there a few...

Hey Jay
(Preview)
Jay- puhleeeeeeease tell me that as a ref, you do NOT call the old "Diving/Tripping Double Minor" like they did last night on Brian Savage last night? What a cop out that is for the refs!!! It has to be either a trip or a dive...it cannot be both. To me, too many refs have resorted to this call to save their a$...

Dags
(Preview)
OK guys, with every single point so important with teams like Thrashers and Boston breathing down on us, does Gainey call up Dags?
If he doesn't make a trade for a little more offense than I say yes. It sure could of came in handy tonight on the shootout. I would replace Downey with Dags at...

(Preview)
I've said it all along and you can search through the pages if you think im just a guy pissed at a loss. It's such a gimick and completly overrides the intesity of the game. Today was a perfect example. How awsome was that OT? Back and fourth action really it was anybodys game, i was standing up screaming, w...

Cole's got a broken neck
(Preview)
No matter what you think of him, he's a top flight player, and to get taken out by some boob who'll be shining hub caps in two years makes you think that the message about sucker-hits hasn't been as much a priority as taking care of goalie's playing outside their area.. too bad...

A local reporter reports that the Special Teams has to equal 100 or more in order to attain some success.
This week the Habs were 4 for 19 on their PP (21%) and did not allow a goal 19 out of 21 times on PK (90%). A total of 111...

Zednick's Comments

"We came out strong and ended strong," Zednik said. "You can't ask for much better hockey than that. I thought we really showed a lot of character tonight, by sticking to our guns."
These post game comments after the Tampa from Zednick really concern me for a number of reasons. "We came out str...

Another awesome EFFORT!

I think more than anything else, the difference has been the effort and commitment by all the players. They wanted it more than TB last night......TB looked like Team Canada just going through the motions. I really liked how our defense played. They are playing more physical and...

Favorite Part of the Bolts vs Habs game....
(Preview)
Im suprised it hasnt been talked about much, but i LOVED watching Rivet stick up for himself and go after Prospal. Prospal gave Rivet a little cheep shot going into the corner after the whistle and Rivet came back and took it to Prospal. Rivet had his gloves of and had thrown 3 punchs before anyone knew wh...
