Tonight game 6 we will win. I think the score will be 3-0 and goal scorers are zednik, plekanec and kovalev. If we lose I will sound like a big idiot. However if we win tonight we took the series. Cheers.

Anyone who saw the picture of Saks in the Journal Montreal the other day needs to know how this picture came about. Koivu has a bad eye and was being kept in darkness. He was trying to watch the game in his room in darkness but could not get his little tv to work. So he makes a deal with his nurse to allow him to g...

Last night early in the Flames/Ducks game - Iglina wanted to fight Beauchemin and both dropped their gloves - Beauchemin pointed to Iglina's visor/helmet who then took it off and B took his off and away they went bare headed and no chance of injury punching a helmet or visor although who knows how hard t...

Did anyone else watch the CBC telecast tonight and notice how neutral (but still stupid) Harry Neale was? I wonder if all the email complaints from Habs fans like us curbed his anti Habs tirades?

Have to wonder if we would of been better off with CJ in this series. Basically Canes gave Gainey the first two and Gainey has yet to win one on strategy and motivating his players to play above their heads like good coaches can do. Remember the Boston series, we're down but CJ foun...

Avs win in OT to beat the Stars 4 games to 1. I watched the whole game and I have to say that Theo was rock solid, 44 saves, for probably his best game of the season. Good for him. disclaimer: just posting to inform the remaining Theo fans & well wishers. If you hate Theo and wish him to fail, I ask that you i...

Figure this was worth its own thread. What's with smacking our goalie around? Someone needs to smash him around a bit.

Fact is this guy and Ward were the difference last night. He went to the net hard and was relentless. Whether it was within the rules or not, he competed to the top of his game. We need someone on our side to take the bull by the horn and make a difference like that. It has to be Kovy at this stag...

Gainey says that they don't have any other "game plan" left in their arsenal. Huh? I hope he was misquoted because that sounds very strange and somewhat unconifident. He adds that they have to just play with more passion...True! BUT you can always alter a "game plan" especially whe...

In my opinion (and take it for what it is), these are the things that need to change Tuesday if we are to play Thursday: Throw the trap out unless we get up by a couple goals in the 3rd period. Carolina has a good skating team but so do the habs. Earlier in the year we heard numerous complaints about a syst...

The is not only directed to Barry , of course.... I am REALLY suprised about his play so far in the playoffs. He has not been the same player we saw in the regular season. He has been MUCH more physical and using his speed to create chances. Well I've seen 3 games in a row now with the supposed leaders and MVP's on this team not doing anything. I will not blame anything on Huet as he has kept us in every game.
