As of now Johnson is solid replacement for Zednik. He seems to be everywhere the puck is. Too bad he can't finish on his opportunities or he would be a 50 goal scorer!


Love his grit and energy.


Wish he got another against his old team.

Always liked Johnson, even as a Leaf. When he was on Tampa Bay, my brother sat next to him on a flight to Florida and they got to chatting. Mike J got he and his wife a couple of tix to see TB later that week. Classy fella.

I agree, i think this guy brings more to the team then we see/think....I say if there are moves from our Assistant captains (Rivet for example) Johnson should be the replacement, i'd like to see him with the A....same with Begin.
