Missed most of the game and was wondering who comprised the 3rd and 4th lines. Did Pleks or Begin or Lats play on the 3rd? I am thinking Pleks should center the 4th, as Begin is better on the wing, but am not sure if Lats is defensively strong enough to play 3rd-line. Begin also plays well with Bonk, so maybe that makes more sense. The only problem with that is we then have a very young 4th-line with Lats, Pleks, and Murray.

So what did Carbo do?

Carb was juggling his lines and tried many combos. Out of desperation, he even placed Kovy at center in the third for a few shifts with Perez and Sammy.

Send Lats back to 'Q' and Murray's welcome is gone, back to 'A' for him.  Play Downey, at least he won't take stupid penalties.  Bring Maxim back up.  If Lats' agent is demanding him to be in the big leagues, I would love to know what Staal (Pens) and Radulov (Nash) agents ask for, to be paid more than Thornton or Sakic.  Enough is enough

A guy who works as hard as Murray should never have his welcome expire. You have too short a memory even for a sports fan. Murray might not be at his best, but I still bow down to him.

I may have said this before, but I will never stop respecting players who throw their bodies, careers, and health on the line just to win the puck back for their team.
