What are the disappointments so far on this team?

to me has to be a few things so far....

Second line: yeah there is talent there but not the right mix....we need to get this line going right away....

Fourth line: this line was a cornerstone for us last year. Begin and Murray look really lost. Also, i think that line needs a shake up

Latendresse: This kid has talent, but looks to me like he needs some growing up to do and a little bit more experience, he is only hurting his chances out there right now.

Markov: Even though he has 8 points right now and scored a key goal last night, has looked extremely uninterested, not physical, too relaxed and horribly defensively.

Huet: Might be turning point last night, but also has looked extremely out of position , not relaxed and unable to play the puck with his stick well. Letting in very soft goals . Hopefully last night was turning point.

Ninnima: very careless with puck coming out of his own end and can get in trouble really easily when playing deep in his own end.

Samsonov: This guy really showed why he was demoted to fourth line..

If it was me, i d place my lines like so:

Ryder koivu Higgins

Perezhogin pleks Kovalev

Johnson bonk Latendresse

kostisyn Begin Murray

let samso. ride the pine a couple of games.

And-o didn’t notice much of anything different in y’er proposed line-up shuffle…other than some relatively minor tweaking/tickering?!?!?

…plus, maybe it would be wise to wait and see whether or not Samsonov takes Carbo’s very obvious hint to heart!?

…and And-o would really like to add Mark Streit to your list.  This guy has a good/bad play ratio of about 2-to-1!

All And-o keeps asking the television set over-and-over-and-over when Mark has the puck is…where is that guy who wore that Suisse uniform during the last Olympics?  Remember how he anchored that team?  He displayed more nuts than most squirrels!!!

Maybe Carbo outta discretely stitch the Suisse + logo onto a practice jersey one day before practice…because THAT was passionate play having Brian Skrudland’esque proportions!?

Wakey, wakey Mark!!!  Yo-de-lay-heh-who!!!???
