I second that motion And-o. Rollie doesn't get enough credit for the work he does with the goalies. It was certainly nice to see him get some recognition on Home Opening night when he was introduced right before Carbo.
I third that. A huge part of the reasons that goalies seem to do well in montreal is that we have had some brilliant goalie coaches. Allaire is probably one of the best of all time, but Melanson is quickly joining that company.
Someone in another string mentionned that Montreal is good at drafting goalies in later rounds, but I think much of that is to do with system making goalies into better players than they would be otherwise.
