Not Hockey...But Scotland beat France!!!

Just to rejoice in the fact that Scotland beat France 1-0 on Saturday in the European Soccer championships!!!!They are ranked 2 in the World while we are 50 something.Just shows teamwork can still beat Superstars!

Congrats -- there must've been some partying at Ma Bell's in St. Andrews last night.

But an Irishman won the Dunhill Links Golf Championship! When is Monty gonna git 'er done?

Monty's kinda past his prime now, isn't he?  He never did win a major, did he, despite challenging a few times?

I don't know. I still think Monty has a major championship in him. He nearly won (and should've won) the U.S. Open this past June. If he had just parred the last hole he would've won, but he choked and made double-bogey instead. I'd like to see him get one... But in the meantime, he's still quite a giant-killer in the Ryder Cup matches!
