TRURO, NS – As part of the grand prize in the Kraft Hockeyville promotion, the Canadiens will face off with the Senators tonight in Truro, Nova Scotia. Guy Carbonneau’s troops will be looking for their first preseason victory, after having dropped their first four. Ottawa is 3-2 so far in preseason action.
Final four: With four more games to play before the preseason comes to a close, four blueliners remain in the running for the seventh defenseman’s spot on the roster. Of the remaining candidates, only Dan Jancevski has found his way on to the scoresheet, earning an assist on Friday in Toronto. Andre Benoit, Ryan O’Byrne and Danny Groulx are all in search of their first point. Jancevski also leads the foursome with four hits, while Benoit leads with seven shots on goal.
Close to home: Michael Ryder is certain to have some local fans in the crowd tonight. The Bonavista, Newfoundland native is the Canadiens' goal-scoring leader in the preseason, with two goals in three games. Holding the goal-scoring lead is nothing new for Ryder, whose 30 goals in 2005-06 was tops amongst all Habs.

With two goals in three games, Michael Ryder will look to light the lamp once again tonight against the Senators.
Not sure who is and is not in the lineup tonite but when you look at the shots on goal it is a familiar sight..lack of scoring punch. Hopefully that will rectify itself in time.
