TSN's Six Cities in Six Days Video about the upcoming season for the Montreal Canadiens hockey club.

In the clip, the pundits seem to rest all of the Habs' chances on the performance of Samsonov.  Also, they predict that Sourray will be moved, as he, Markov and Rivet are UFA's next summer.

I just saw that on TV.  I thought there was a lot more they could have talked about.


BTW, was anyone else impressed by Samsonov's perfect English?  There was barely a hint of Russian accent.  I was quite impressed by that.  Most Russians struggle with the language, and the accent never disappears.

After watching, I went right to the Hab's web site to see where he was born.  I still find it hard to believe he is from Moscow.

the reason he speaks such good english is he's been over here since he was 17 . he came over then and played in the ihl with detroit , he lives there still with his wife who is from there.
