I recently heard that Briere is coming to MTL.

 Gainey would have to trade about 3 mil of salery to make it work with Cap space.


 I don't think he will and if so, we would need to lose Ribs or Perez or we would have the record for the most smurf like centermen in the league.


 Can't see Gainey doing this especially when we could of had him for free off the waiver wire.

 I meant Plecs and Ribs. Could you imagine Briere, Ribs, Saks and Plecs as our centermen? Good thing for Bonk and Begin or we would be tiny city up the middle!


 Can we afford another smurf down the middle?
