I think Johnson will be filling in for Plekanec's spot. Plek will then move to second line ( where he will be an OFFENSIVE player ) and the checking line will be Begin-Johnson-Murray

Could Johnson then be moving to the wing with bonk centering and begin on the other side?...There no way Johnson will be in Hamilton. But then again, there isnt much room for Plekanec on the top 2 lines. Both seem to be decided already Pick your combination of Koivu, Kovalev, Samsanov, Ryder, Higgins and Ribeiro ( our so called top 6 ....) And where do you stick Plek. ....exactly. I really dont want to see Plek, Perezhogin and most likely Kostitsyn wasting away on the 4th line...and i also dont want to see the top 2 lines be shuffled around every 3 games.

Pleck will centre the third line, with Johnston on his wing and either perezohgin or kostystin on his other wing

Begin Bonk Murry is the #4 (checking line)

The top six is still not right though ... need to move Ribs out and another centre in (Gomez is my pick, but Marleau would also do nicely)

Chip will have another year in the A then slide right into Bonk's spot.  A perfect fit I would think.

Agreed. I think Ferland will make the jump this time around.

I think its Kostitsyn's spot to lose as only one is available.  Next would definetely be Lapierre, hes gonna be another Begin.

From what i have seen in Hamilton he is more ready than Ferland.  I don't think Ferland is ready for the NHL yet, 1 more year.

But we will see in camp.
