I think Samsonov will rebound to become a Top 20 point producer in Montreal.  It's his kind of town, and with Markov and Kovalev to play/hang out with they'll bring the best out in each other.  He certainly gives Montreal a HIGHLY skilled (albeit, lot to prove in terms of staying healthy, putting up prime time numbers etc) #1 line.

Gainey must have another move up his sleeve, it appears there isn't really another spot for a young forward - unless he can package Riberio off to some poor team.
