Finally found it: A list of Potential 2007 UFA

Here's a preliminary listing of players currently on schedule to become UFAs in 2007. Ofcourse depending on the signings of this year's RFAs the list could change dramatically. Just to give you an idea however.
If anyone has any additions or see's any mistakes, please post them up.

2007-08 eligibility: - A player age 28 with four accrued seasons of 40+ games, or any player without a contract who has accrued seven seasons of 40+ games.

Definitions:
- "NHL Games" includes both NHL regular season and playoff games
- "Professional season" for players aged 18 or 19 includes any season in which he plays 11 or more professional games
- "Professional season" for players aged 20 or older includes any season he plays one or more professional games
- "Professional games" includes NHL regular season and playoff games, minor league regular season and playoff games, and games played in any European professional league while under NHL contract

LOL! Nice one, Barry. I see that that guy Brisebois is available, I wonder how he would look in a Habs' jersey...
Seriously though, that list is certainly far more impressive than this year in all facets except D-men, but I am sure most will be signed before then, as there are some really young and crucial players on that list.
I am hoping that Gainey can trade for one or two of them this Summer, as I am sure there is at least one team that is over the cap and needs to dump one now.

You know what, if that IS what he's doing I don't mind. If you look at whats happening, teams are commiting themselves long term to players who aren't even as good as most of these players.
