Andre Savard a penguin.

It seems Montreal lost another great individual.  Andre Savard has joined the Penguins as an assistant to Michel Therrien.  I think he did a good job in turning the Montreal team around with some good draft picks and moves.  Right now, I'm not so sure about Bob.

I kinda saw this coming.  Actually I am surprised he didn't leave last season.  It's just that he wasn't the no.2 any more, and his role at the draft had diminished.


Hats off to him, and good luck.  He can only help Therrien.

And-o wholeheartedly believes that Andre Savard has done more good for the Habs than anyone in the past +15 years!!!


This is a real loss!!!

He gave up the Assistant GM job with the Habs to be an Assistant Coach with Pens???? Was he drunk when he agreed to that???
