Those were the days of endlessly-flowing bucks...

Can he spend properly with a cap? So far, I don't see that being the case...

 I have rated him as an average GM for the Habs thus far. If he can get it done this off season and add a couple elite forwards and one top two D-man than I may up his rating a little because it means his 6 year plan is still possible.
