If you're Lowe and he did want a trade, would you trade him? I thought, gone were the days when a contracted player dictates where he wants to play. He should play out his contract in Edmonton before crying about where he rather be. You can't agree on a big 6 mil per contract than a season later decide...actually I don't want to play here.

Lowe should tell him to zip it and play!

This also makes him harder to trade. As a GM interested in his services, are you condident that he'll be happy with your team? Are you going to give up key players for a player that may never be satisfied especially when he was a game away from winning the Cup.

Actually, if I was Kevin Lowe, and the rumors were true. I'd see what is out there. No doubt he can rake in alot even with the rumor going around. His play in the playoffs was amazing, as was his ice time. If a move were to be made, it would have to be now while the hype is still around.
Not that i would want to trade pronger, however you could get alot in terms of trade.

His wife is not happy in Edmonton. That is why he has asked for a trade. Family first and I agree.
