Interesting but I wonder who's shooting in the dark with this rumour.

If true though, than trade him for another bruiser who can play...Bertuzzi.

I read that it is unfounded. Also, Souray and Arnott are buddies, so I would imagine that would be an incentive for Souray to want to stay and Arnott to want to sign.

Ab Ab Ab ..I am disapinted in you. Gainey is FINALLY starting to clean up the mess in the habs dressing room and you want to bring Bert in? There is a reason that Vancouver wants to dump him and his 5.7 million salary. He is a head case.

I recall during the season rumours of Souray wanting to be traded to a west coast team to be closer to his daughter. Sheldon went through a terrible time with his separation and that story that made him look like an abuser.

Following his ordeal, he was quoted as saying how thankful he was to the organization and he especially had high praise for Gainey who stood by him. I can't see Sheldon wanting out of Montreal other than wanting to be closer to his daughter.

I'm tired of all this Bull shi about Sheldon Souray WANTING out of M ONTREAL it's complete untrue. He even admitted it after the season's end. He's our best D and plays agressive with the hardest shot in the leauge. Let's talk about Ribs and Zeddy adios amigos.

Barry, I don' want Souray to go but if the rumour was true, my thinking was to Canucks. If you're going to see someone come back this way...why not big Bert?

I heard it was Linden who was the head case and battling with Naslund for team control?

I find it hard to believe that Shelley wants out of Montreal, him and Arny are great friends and makes me believe it there was a chance of Jason coming to Montreal Shelley would want to stay for sure!!!!!!!!
