I'm going to go out on a limb and say we will see the Stanley cup being won.

4-2 oil . i didnt want the oilers to win because then montreal wouldnt be the last canadian team to win but when carolina got involved i was pulling for the oil. it still irks me that carolina is there , not that their not a good team but the way they beat us and moved on through the playoffs . if they win tonight i say they still only deserved to beat jersey . montreal , buffalo and edmonton all should have beaten the canes , but i guess luck is part of all cup runs but it doesnt mean i have to like it .

All I can say after watching that first period is that the Oilers better remove their heads from their nether regions and start playing hockey. They got outplayed badly in that first period. Also....any opinions on that call at the end of the period?  Personally I don't think Staios covered the puck with his body. From the replays it looked like he pushed the puck back up under the goalies pads and if thats the case the call was correct. The only way it should have been a penalty shot is if he closed his hand on the puck and it would be hard to make that call from the replays I saw.

I agree....

It's fine when the Ref's call the plays during a game, but when they are the ones calling the game & deciding who wins (unfairly I might add).... it's ridiculous! Although Edmonton hasn't played the same game tonight as we saw on Saturday.

Hope the 3rd brings a meaner, more agressive Edmonton. Common' boys, play like it's game 7 of the Stanley Cup Finals.... Oh wait a minute.....
