I haven't watched an NBA game since Larry Bird retired. Best pure shooter to ever play the game in my opinion......

Don't watch much b-ball, but I'm cheering for the Mavs.  Only cause i bet Mark Cuban will throw one heck of party for the championship.

Last game of the season, fan appreciation night the mavs held a contest where a lucky fan would win an airline ticket anywhere in the continental united states or canada.  Guess what lucky fan won??  All 18,000+ who were in the building that night won!!!  He gave away 18,000+ airline tickets.

Say what you want about Cuban, but i think he is one of the best owners in sports.

Cuban has got to be one of the nicest most energetic and kind of the rich and famous. This guy seriously feels lucky to be who he is and does not rub it in peoples faces, instead shares it. A very good man!

Yeah....I know the feeling. I just always liked Bird because he very seldom...if ever....dunked the ball. I've always thought that they should raise the hoop another 5 feet to take all the mindless dunking out of the game and make them shoot more. Ok...enough basketball talk....bring on October and the opening of the 06-07 NHL season......

it is like hockey, follow one team and when that team is put out, move on to another sport. my team in basketball is the lakers so i'm not watching it . my sport now is baseball, blue jays and then football. the edmonton eskimos of the CFL and miami of the NFL, THEN  GO BLUE GO  of college football, and then the cycle starts over with the greatest team of all sports: THE HABS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
