Two series happening.....Carolina and Anaheim both with home ice advantage. Anyone know any stats re. possibilities of upsets? As I said, I am (probably unrealistically) going for Buffalo and Edmonton.

I don't know about any stats, but I wouldn't call anything an upset with these four teams. To me, they seem pretty evenly matched. The two teams form the east seem to have better stats on paper (i.e. their regular season results), but I think the western teams are better in general, so that evens things up a bit. I'd say each of the final four has an even chance of going all the way.

You are absolutely right, Nil.....A little biased here but I sincerely hope it is not Carolina LOL.
no stats... but i agree 100% with Nil d. All teams have a good chance of taking it. My order is Edmonton, Buffalo, Anahiem and then i hope Carolina somehow falls off the face of the earth.... 2 times now they have come back to beat us...again in game 3 we had the chance to win it...and didnt....
