The Avs just came out flat today. I was really disappointed to watch it. Theodore was pretty good, but Bryzgalov is just in a league of his own at this point. I hate to say it, but the Avs aren't going to win this series. Not with Bryzgalov playing like that. With luck they'll turn it around when the series moves back to the Pepsi Center but I really can't see them winning it.

Well I hope you're wrong man ..... Ya Theo gave them the chance to win today, why is Anaheim playing so good lol.... But hey Montreal was up 2-0 then Carolina won 4 straight so maybe Avs can do the same, by the way I'm so emotional cause Colorado's my team as well as Montreal.

That was supposed to say Shudder, but i missed a letter. As for the anti-semite comment i have a good buddy from Dollard who played with Bryzgalov in Cincinati and he's jewish and he told me that Bryzgalov was anti semetic, this was his teammate.

Forgive me for doubting you, Superhab, but you can't expect us to believe he's an anti-semite. I've never heard him say anything of that sort, and I can only imagine that's completely inaccurate. Bryzgalov is a good goalie, and I respect him. If you can prove to me he feels this way, then I will believe you, but for now it seems very false.

Buddy, this came from a teammate, and if you are surprised he hasn't said anything of that sort to the media, well do you really think he would say something to the media? Besides you know how much it would take for me to cheer for the Avs.

Yeah I have a hard time believing this guy was an anti-semite. Did he make a jewish joke once? Its possible he is percieved as an anti-semite, expecially in these PC times where anything you say about anyone can be turned into a racist comment.

Bryzgalov must really HATE playing against Schneider.

I was checking out Theo's playoff numbers and they aren't that good at all. Why is everyone saying he is playing so well? He was amazing in the final game against Dallas, but other than that he has been better than average and thats it. It's not that I hate him, I am just really glad we dumped him. A Hart trophy winner doesn't play like that and certainly not in the playoffs.

He's had the one great game you spoke of and looked pretty solid yesterday. Even in the 1st game of this series he was looking solid until his defence started looking like swiss cheese. But I have to agree that overall he's not having a great playoff. But if he had been playing like he has the last 5 games back when he was still with us...he'd likely still be here (if it were just up to on ice activity that is).

I heard this from a teammate so its not like he just said one jewish joke or said something that was precieved as Anti-semetic. usually teammates don't talk like that about eachother. The guy who told me is jewish

Maybe he is then? I just thought that in sports, in this day and age that it was very unlikely. Who knows though, there are ****s everywhere.

You never know, but I'd like to see some hard evidence of it. If it was as bad as you claim, it's likely it would have made a newspaper somewhere. I've searched fairly hard on the net and come up with nothing connecting his name to any anti semetic comments or actions. Now this alone does not mean it didn't happen, but in a case like this I'd rather see actually evidence before the man is condemed.

First off who cares....... How does that effect his goaltending ?? Or the AVS chance of scoring on him haha

Until he does something publically like that little squirt Avery did then we can hate. And guys Theo has given the Avs in the last 3 games a chance to win that = a very good goalie. That's all they need from him, they're just SO flat right now and getting beat along the boards/1 on 1 battles. Anaheim has surprised them with their intensity, Dallas was horrible as usual, Colorado got a bypass in that one.

If you want to be a classy orginazition you have to get classy player to reflect that and anyone who is anti-semetic whether public or private is not in my books as a classy guy.

Furthermore as of now there is no evidence of this because the guy who told me doesn't want to condem a player which would ultimatly give him a bad rep as well since it would be word against word. And in the future something may come up we shall all just have to wait and see
