I think we can say that it's official now. Gainey goes back to his full-time role as GM and Carbo is the Head Coach.

The role of GM is crucial at this point. Gainey must come up big this off season. He has a heck of a lot on his plate. So many issues but it's good to have options.

Carbo has completed his training season. The playoff experience was cut short but this series had many layers to it. Something that can only help him lead this team. He'll have to deal with many young players and probably several new faces. We don't have much to go on in terms of his past performances but he seems like he can do the job. If not, just bring back Julien...lol
