Too bad nobody on the team IS willing to do those things! They dont battle, they dont hustle, and for damn sure they cant score. This team has no heart. All we have is Goons and idiots!

I think you are being a bit harsh on the boys but I do understand your frustration. I think we do have a good core of young players..the emphasis being on the young part. The experience that the Plekanecs and Higgins and Perzhogans are getting is invaluable. Sometimes the ndings are not a true reflection of the talent level on teams. In this case, the fact that Carolina finished 2nd and Montreal 7th is a VERY good reflection of where these two teams are talent wise. Gainey will fill the holes this summer. In the meantime, our young guns will be better players because of this experience.

i agree , its just that it seems to me that on the ice all of our players make the worse decision possible. We always, ALWAYS , Dump and chase, there is nobody to put the team on their back and carry us.

In last night's game, every time some Hab player attempted to bring the puck into the Carolina zone, he was immediately stymied and the puck went back the other way. After a while, I was yelling "dump it in and chase it" - it seemed to be the only way they were ever gong to generate anything in their zone.
