 Please tell AB your emotions were just getting the best of you when you stated myself and And-o wanted him to be injured like this?


 If you remember the debates, they were about Saks having an injury riddled career and being a part time player because of it and we always discluded his cancer year in any arquments. We predicted based on that fact and that it would be something common to him like a knee injury. Only a heartless person would wish for a potential career ending scenario like an eye injury or cancer. This is certainly beyond anyones predictability, imagination or hope.


 For myself, this is in no way shape or form on what I expected this playoffs. I expected and even predicted late in the season that Saks would step it up because it was playoffs. I thought he would perform like at the Olympics. Because he hadn't stepped it up, I was critical because I knew Canes would because of the goalie thing.


 Anyways, I would much prefer critiquing Saks on his playoffs than worrying if he'll ever play again.


 Don't let those past debates cloud your mind, no Hab fan is heartless like that!


 I see this forum as a big faceless family and I always just imagine you as a typical mean brother marking his territory. But some of your remarks have me worrying that maybe I'm wrong.


 If anyone at all feels that I'm that heartless...than I don't want to be a part of this so called family!

I believe the board has shown more than ever that we are family; even (or especially) when we don't get along. And-O and John have made up. Time for you two to do the same so that we can move on and enjoy the Habs finishing off the 'Canes together. I hope the next post from either of you says that you have.

Ab, I do find that you tend to beat a dead horse at times, and have been whipping Saku ad nauseum - when everyone else is exhausted from the debate, you seem to start another negative thread.


But having said that, your posts are never personal, usually respectful and well crafted.  To me, you seem like a nice guy, and I would never think that you are heartless.

It's ok AB, I know you wouldn't have wanted this to happen. We are all Habs fans so yes emotion gets in the way sometimes.
