Are we up 2-0 or down 2-0?

Hey everyone.......Just like to ask if we are up or down 2?  By most of the posts on this board I would be thinking we are on the verge of elimination.  Wake up gohabbers.  We are complaining about Saku's faceoff efficiency, Kovy's play with a better centre and Souray's alleged leadership and Saku's lack of.  Let's keep these topics for discussion when the season is over and all band together as a unit supporting our team(even if you dislike some of the players)  We should be showing a unified front and leave the bickering and arguing for after the playoffs.  Some of our players may be underachieving at times but should be supported by us gohabbers as a family and not kicked when they are down.  Let's move on to more positive thinking.  Let's move ahead with the good.       hockeyman

I like this post. Unfortunately, the way people are, some just aren't happy unless they're bitching. And like the old saying goes, misery loves company. Don't expect any of the boards leopards to change their spots...I like you're thinking, but it's likely about to be picked apart by the vultures.

Do you think I fit enough cliches in to one paragraph...I couldn't fit in "Our backs are up against the wall" or "We need to take it one game at a time" but I did get some old standards in

I'll take that. I agree. I am not real sure why I get roped in. I guess I feel as though if no one says anything...then the negative posters will thrive... instead, I've been feeding the wolves.

Sorry...I'm done. I'll stick to game analysis, thoughts, etc.

Go habs...think 1986...1986...1986...

That's what I decided to do Muller. I ranted for a couple weeks a little over a month ago and it didn't change a thing, so I have been more quiet since then and I only post on hockey threads now. What bothers me is the amount of DIFFERENT threads that are started or taken over by the bashing.

Here is my message and plea:

If you want to bash, fine, but keep it to a couple of threads. Stop monopolizing the board.

Now, back to the Habs who, as a whole, are playing gggggreat!

We are definitely up 2-0.  Where it goes from here, who knows?  In any event, this time last year we had NO HOCKEY AT ALL.  I'm a "half glass full" kind of girl.....Look at the goal scorers so far......different lines, different players.....looks like our boys really want it.  I do have to admit though that whatever else he does during the regular season, Kovalev (spelling?) is doing his playoff thing.  Does he practice that shot....man that was a beauty.

Guess I'm kind of the Pollyanna of the board but so far my glasses are working just fine.

Go Habs.....Total support from this girl.

I'm withyou all. I get tired of the negativity and second-guessing. I'm 44 and have played hockey all my life (still do). But I will always Give Bob Gainey the benefit of the doubt in his decision-making. I might not always agree, but he has more NHL experience than me. I'm just enjoying watching the playoffs. Although my heart could use more 6-1 thrashings and fewer double OT thrillers. I'm one of those misguided souls that thinks that the Habs have a legitimate chance to win the cup every year. It may be unrealistic, but I enjoy watching every game..definitely a glass half-full outlook of the team...sorry I don't over-analyse and disect every player and every one of Gaineys' moves, I'll leave that to Jacques Demers....See you at the parade in June!!

But what would there be to talk about then? At least we can pretend to be experts on this forum!
