Okay boys and girls.  At 8:30 on Wed evening I am sitting here, returning emails from work, and listening to the stream from CJAD.  If watching the game on TV is anything like listening to the game on the radio then you must all be going bananas.


Sounds like Habs domination everywhere, except where it counts most (on the damn scoreboard).

Worried about Koivu...that looked bad...you don't see Koivu go down unless he is hurt...yikes


The blood looked red/white/blue...


But man...those refs must have been blind to miss that...thst non call is also one of the worst I have ever seem Pablo. Terrible...how did these guys make the NHL with total blindness like that??

Hopefully it was over the eye, but it looked really bad. When a guy needs and assist off the ice and hurries to the room like that you've gotta think it's the eye.

I agree Muller..how pathetic is that? Right in front of the ref! I am hoping that Saks just got a scare and it was close to the eye but not on it. He is tough and does not go off unless he is really hurt. It is a shame because I felt he was really flying out there tonite, throwing hits and going hard to the net again. Get well Saks. Boys cmon. Win one for teh Cap.


What bugs me right now is the fact that we are only up 1-0. We have given Carolina a second wind here.

That's a good point JohnM, with the visor it would be much harder to get a solid direct hit at the eye. My only worry is that the top tip of the blade directly hit his eye...if not it may have just been a glancing blow.
