Going into the playoffs, ANYONE who looked at Jay's team would say hes a complete idiot. But...with only 3 teams left and none of which are really EXPECTED to be there ( judging by picks...) apparently not by Jay's though.


Id say its only a matter of time before Jay passes me. Enjoy it Jay, lucky seasons like this dont happen every year.

lol, I knew what i was doing with edmonton. People also called me stupid in the thread where we got to be GM, and I picked a bunch of guys that no one liked However I still stand by those choices

In Vegas, they have every sports game playing at all the casinos in the sports betting room. And you could also place money on who would win the cup. I put down 200 on edmonton, odds at the time were 9:1, so it's a good payoff. I'm crossing my fingers
I have edmonton players in every pool I'm in, and I'm running away with almost all the pools except one where another guy has ALL carolina players
Something that I am proud of was the ebay.ca pool, where I was ranked 15th out of over 85,000 people. However only the top 5 got prizes

9:1 odds with $200...i know that the pay off is ALWAYS better when the underdog wins because no one bets on the underdog. But im not familiar with how the odds work with the pay off. So say Edmonton DOES win the cup, how much will you get? is it like 9 x 200 for $1800?

yeah, like lets say at the casino you bet on something that has 2:1 odds Lets say you put down 20, and you win, you get your 20 back, PLUS 2 other 20 chips. So in total 60, 20 of it was yours, and you win an extra 40 bucks.

Sorry it took me so long to update the pool. It is done now before the start of the Finals, almost looks as if Jay is a lock, that is if the Oilers he has can get him 3 points.

for the sake of the pool, i hope Edmonton gets shut out 4 straight....but for Canada...which is more important!!! i hoope edmonton wins!!! And your 3 boys are shut out 4 straight!

Is it official yet? I didnt look at the score sheet.....


2nd place isnt  that bad....i least i wasnt beat by a girl!!!


just kidding MC, Habgirl, Mrs Hab and any other hab-fems here. I've been beated by girls at many things during my life...they are MUCH better at washing dishes, cooking, cleaning, changing diapers, laundry, ....ok seriously im going to stop before i get a back hand from one of them...god knows mommy johab would give me one if she saw this post
