WOW....and by the way. I know Kovalev does some dumb things (was doing them in first game too), but he is THE MAN in the playoffs. It's like it's up to him whether we lose (bad penalties, laziness on getting back, etc...) or win (dominant crazy-ass stickhandling and finishing).

Gainey and carbo have shown their inexperience as coaches tonite. Putting Koivu out (without another center) to take a draw with a minute left and the goalie on the bench was just plain stupid and inexcusable. Garth Murray loses the draw cleanly (probably Murray's first face off in his career) and the game is tied. John asked if we had an advantage over Laviolette in coaching. Not tonite. What was BONK DOING ON THE BENCH IN THAT SITUATION?!???He has outcoached Gainey big time. Not only on the draw that tied the game but can someone tell me why we are so bad on the penalty kill with those guys coaching? Pfft.

Thats a good way to loomat it. We win and deflate them    WE need this win. This game is the turning point of the series. WE go up by 2 we can win. They come back    its a new ball game.

I do not think you are being dramatic at all. If we lose this game uncle Mo has changed dressing rooms.

I agree.  And the PP they were on,was more like how to kill 2 minutes.

Let's hope for OT success!

Murray's actually got a lot of experience at centre, so I bet he's mad at himself on that one.

(anyway, Koivu's done better than Bonk in the circle all season. After he got over his bad stretch early in game 1 you'd have to go with him)

As for being bad on the PK, two goals on 5 on 3? Hey, give the PK guys a break here. Undisciplined penalties are MUCH MORE of the problem.

Damn, our D men look some tired. I think BG should start dressing 7 D men, if we have any

Great first OT period (my 49-year-old heart is beating at about 150 BPM).  Three missed PP chances hurts - and the "evening" will surely go against us soson.

Ribeiro has missed some pile of chances tonight!  He should have brought his stick on the ice instead of his pop gun............

Go Habs!!!!!!!

Win one for the Sheller!

I think AB called for seven defencemen in the last game. AB, you should've called it for tonight.

I was thinking the same thing.  They miss Souray big time - especially on the point on the PP.  The other guys are shooting blanks, especially Rivet.

That and broken sticks - the Curse of Brisebois!
