Starting on the road...

And-o figures that starting out the playoffs on the road is not all bad!

In fact...you just have to steal one of the first two in order to gain home-ice advantage!

...the Habs need to out-work the Canes right from the start...maybe bang in a cheap goal...maybe get a little confidence...maybe quiet the crowd and plant the first seeds of doubt into the Cane's minds!

...although And-o's gut tells him that this game will go one way or the other quickly tonight!!!

Get in...sit down...buckle-up...and hold-on gang!

Getting nervous about this one. For some reason, seeing NYR and DAL getting whooped on the scoreboard doesn't help... Now they are showing 2002 on RDS....

JohnM sounds kinda like And-o at playoff time!

...And-o's blood flips between hot and cold...he is more focused, yet distracted at the same time...at times And-o is torn between not wanting to watch and not being able to look away!!!

And-o is a wreck!!!

All And-o knows is that he will breathe a whole lot better once the puck drops and a few shifts pass!!!

And-o thinks that this is how a race horse feels before the gates fling open!!!

How long in life can a heart take this kinda abuse???

Well, I'm 49 and the ol' ticker is still going on strong.

Actually, 10 minutes before the first puck-drop of the Habs' playoffs - this is the high point of the Hab calendar for me.  Woo Hoo!  Go Habs!

New Jersey looked scary!

Anyone know how to watch this game in the New York area/Connecticut?

Let's hope they play as hard next game & don't go in with a false sense of security from this huge win.

well   we stole the game   looks like home ice advantage is ours andy-o  lets hope we can keep it up    in a way  i hope we can sweep em  (unlikely i know)  but i would actually see a 5 or 6 game series    too much of a rest might put em off their game  my prediction of habs in 6 is lookin good   but some other predictions aren't...  like devils in 7...  like more and more like a possible sweep now.  especially with out jagr in the line-up

Honestly Nil'd...the shock of you being 49 years-of-age ranks amongst the surprises of And-o's life (eg.  Mom & Dad = Santa)!!!  It will undoubtedly take And-o a few years to grow accustomed to this fact (as it did the Santa thing)!

Please no more big shockers though folks!!!

...it kinda ruins And-o's 'image' of you all in his minds eye!
