I'm watching the National news tonight on CBC, and your favourite guy Peter Mansbridge is talking about the NHL playoffs, and the news that Pat Quinn has been fired after the Leafs missed the playoffs.


Then the date "1967" comes on the screen behind him and he says "The last time the Leafs won the Stanley Cup, Elvis was on his honeymoon".

Thanks Nil it was wonderful, i get mansbridge on line now since Al Gore bought the Newsworld TV station and made it a liberal mecca. Sorry I brought politics into it. Will not happen again.

Well, if it weren't for Al Gore, we wouldn't have this wonderful forum for sharing out Hab views.  Gore did invent the Internet, after all.
