With six games to go, here are a few goals to shoot for:


1. Koivu & Kovalev each have 59 points; 60 + just around the corner.  Dare we try for 70?


2. Saku has 17 goals; go for 20.


3. Ryder has 29 goals, 30 just a shot away; anything more is gravy.


4. Bulis has 19 goals, 20 would be nice.


5. The team has 89 points; 90 will likely get them in the playoffs.  Dare we dream for 100?  (5 wins and a "tie" would do it.)  Or at least 97 - that would be the highest total since their Cup year of 1993.


6.  Huet leads the league in save "%" and is tied for #1 in GAA (2.09, tied with injured Dominik Hasek), and one behind Kiprusoff in shutouts with 7.  Go for the Triple Crown!


7. And a plug for my boy Sid (who won't win the Calder but has been hot as a pistol these past few weeks): 91 points >> Go for an even 100!

another goal would be 5th place, the habs are not that far behind philly, dare we dream!

I said before the season started that I'd be happy if we made the playoffs, I'm sticking to that. Just heard that "new" Norway lost the semi-final of the world curling championships and the chance to meet canada in the Final. Damn!
