There are a few teams that are going to need a goalie this up coming season. I think huet has all but guarenteed his #1 spot on montreal, so a 3 million back-up is NOT needed. Perhaps we can trade him and get a decent top line or 2nd line player ( proven ) ...or a defenseman....just a thought.

montreal has a few good goalies in the minors, one or two of them are ready to step up. i say it would be a good bet that abby will be use as trade bait, maybe a darcy tucker?

As far as I remember, he's going to become a RFA, which means we can trade the rights to him still. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Ya I don't even see a team picking him up because he's asking for a lot. Maybe um Tampa Bay could use him.....
