Great work Spidey! I liked your original topic too!
Cripes, Thomas is standing on his head against the habs 5 on 3 right now!
Three straight shut outs against Boston-wow! Just heard that daylight savings starts over there tonight. Thank God, it started here a week ago. These late, late nights are killing me!(As long as we keep winning, I'm not complaining).

Habs dominated tonight, couldn't put the puck past Thomas. Great saves by Thomas as well as missed chances. Kovy robbed many times. Zed looked like he's trying at least.
Dont know about dominated there John. Montreal looked REALLY sloppy, and Boston missed a great number of chances also. This one was a terribly played game by both teams. The fact that Garth Murray scored both goals goes to show just how this game was. Happy he scroed, but the score does not reflect this game at all. Montreal should have had 2-3 more goals and Huet got lucky recording this shut-out. Thats my honest opinion anyway.
Either way, 2 points are 2 points and ill take them!! And how about this...Huet had 7 shut-outs in his past 20 starts!!! HUET HUET HUET!

Ya I agree Johab..domination is not the word I would use..but a big win. Nice to see contributions from guys like Murray which we really need because our big guys seem to run hot and cold. Boston really has a BAD team and you take key guys like Boynton and Leetch out of the lineup and it is pretty thin there.

Great two points too pick up, needed that win to keep up with New Jersey, specially when we have two games against them (I believe). Thought Huet played great, but Thomas played unbelievable, the score could of been 5-0 if wasn't for Thomas. Its not that the habs played much better than the B's but they had the better scoring chances. Great game for Murray a fight and two goals. Maybe it was just me but I thought Streit played a great game even in the defensive zone. Streit has slowly started too play better and better the last few games.
other thing, I'm abit of an optimistic once in awhile, but the Flyers are only five points ahead of us, I know lets make the playoffs first before worrying about the 5th seed but ya never know.
