Hows that for a sign if he plays on Thursday!?

The guy has practically killed any chance of me EVER liking him. 3 games, three 5 goals allowed in each. I DO NOT credit him this win in ANY way. In fact it should be credited to the players who scored 6 goals to get that W. Im sorry, but even a hungover Huet can play better than that! Screw fatigue! Yes, pittsburg did play with much more intensity, but the goals CrAbby let in werent exactly the hardest shots around. a few TERRIBLE rebounds, a few where he was WAY out of position, and one of the post that he more or less gave up on. He has barely ANY rebound control at all. You all see why Colorado got rid of HIM! Its not a salary thing, its not that they couldnt afford him. Its not a dressing room thing, its not a attitude thing. Its a THIS GUY IS NOT A #1 THING. The look on Rivets face after one of the goals. I believe it was the 4th. He looked at Aebischer and then pulled on of those shoot your head up in the air with the " you gotta be kidding me " expression. The habs gave him five 2 goal cushions!!!! And he blew EVERY ONE of them except the last ( which by the way he ALMOST blew but the goal was recalled ) Huet NEEDS to play these next 4 against the islanders capitals and bruins. The 8 points are essential if we want to make a decent cushion for us to sit on for when we have to take on Buffalo twice, new jersey twice, ottawa twice and boston afterwards.

For the doornob between the pipes tonight. GET YOUR GAME TOGETHER OR GET THE HECK OUT OF MONTREAL!!!!

I think otherwise, Abby was so confident that the Habs would win he gave Welch his first NHL goal, What a nice guy.

I was happy for Welch after his brain cramp scoring on his own net. Actually, it's hard to hate a buch of kids trying to make a difference in this league. Pens will be a good team for years to come. Lots of talented young guys.

As for Abbi, the guy is only here as a salery dump of Theo. He will not be here for next season.

Before tonights game, Abby's gaa was 3.07 with a save % of .897. These are not the stats of an NHL goalie, and keep in mind that he accumulated these stats in Colorado. I've said it since this guy wa playing back up to Patrick Roy, he wasn't a quality NHL goaltender then and he sure as hell isn't now. He may improve with coaching, but his positioning, instincts and rebound control are brutal...what's left?!?! He just looks akward in the net. Hey, if he improves and wins us a cup and a Vezina, I'll admit I was wrong. Sure Theo hadto go, but maybe a better trade would have been for a solid D man or secon line forward, Abby currently adds nothing to this team.

Just wait until they get Malkin next year... that will be the best 1-2 center combination in the league in short fashion. I wonder if there is any way we could pull one away from them...

Sure, offer up Aebischer, a bag of pucks and 100 hot dog steame's...they're bound to bite on that

Oh come on Pablo, I don't think Abby is nearly that good.
