I never thought I would hate a team more then the Nordiques...until now. Domi, Tucker, and that dunk looking coach make me sick. Leading to the two games against Toronto, many posters were expressing how they wanted the Habs to kick Toronto's butt. I didn't understand why so many of you were worried more about beating them than making the playoffs. After tonight's game I can understand why it's crucial to beat these bunch of wanna-be's. No class! They got beat both games and wanted to buffer their losses by turning to goonism. I never had much respect for that team or the organization but now I know I don't.
It's funny how Tucker wanted to fight Ribeiro and then Kovy. Hmm why don't you drop the gloves against Komi, Souray, Rivet, Murrray, Simpson, or Downey? He chooses Ribeiro??
Crushing the Laffs twice to kill their playoff hopes. It's not the stanley cup, but it's the closest thing we've had for a long time. Best feeling since game 7 against the Bruins in '04.
Well, all I know is that I feel good. I had these same feelings the fist month of the year. High hopes that transformed into realism.
