Holy Crap!!!!! Whadda game.

Like I said before, the rougher you are against the Leafs the worse they play. The proof for that was in their playing tonight. They forget about shooting the puck & worry of "getting even".

Between Bonk, Ryder, Dandy, Markov & Huet .... who was better? Idunno?

We needed 5 stars tonight instead of the usual 3. That was pure poetry.

Woo Hoo..... Hooray for Huet!!!!! Back in the Playoff running baby. 8th place never felt soooo good. Thank you Kovalev for creaming Tucker, been waiting for someone to do that for quite sometime now.

I though Komi was good tonight, silent but physical.  But it is good to see the Habs rollin again.  They looked like a team tonight.  8th place feels pretty good tonight.

Thanks for pointing that out, rw; I was going to earlier then forgot.  He looked very physical, which is great to see. The guy is huge, and needs to make use of his size.  I think that goal the other night gave him wings.

Speaking of physical, it was funny to see Ribeiro in the middle of it at one time.  He had two Leafs tugging at him, one on each side - I thought the poor little runt was going to rip right down the middle!

LMAO!

We must have been on the same wave length because I visualized Ribs literally ripping apart at the seams.

Man, he really does need to gain some weight. I know that genetics plays a role (I have a tough time gaining weight...), but he'll have the entire offseason to do so. You'd think with all the munchies....

Here's the quotes from Kovalev & Tucker from TSN.ca

"If they let go (Tucker's) shot, I thought I could do the same thing," said Kovalev. "I'm not going to let that go."

"I could have hit him and I didn't," said Tucker.

***Please Tucker, he'd squish you like a pea!

Kovy doesn't really play up to his size because he doesn't have to. Besides being UNMOVABLE off the puck in the corners, he isn't really physical at all.

But that's such a deception, because he can crush so many players so badly. He showed us that tonight.

Tucker is a tool and will be icing his face for the next few days. The best thing about this is how cool Kovy is about it. He knows he's big, but he also knows he's so skilled he doesn't need to be physical. That's what I like about the guy. The cool self-confidence of a player who knows he's elite.

It's pretty sad when Leaf fans have to come on our forum to sulk, that way they can stay anonymous. What a true coward, just like their Leafs.

"They didn't win so I'm gonna come on here to sulk & whine", OMG could you be more pathetic beLeafer?
