Don't worry, I'm a long time And-o Critic...But I respect his banter and hilarious implications that I did not wear a helmet in my playing days....I wonder if And-o wears a helmet...all the time...if you get what I mean...

...yeah, Mulsy played loads of competitive hockey...fairly inexpensively too...since he had no need for a jock or pants. Plus, his parents could always get a fair price at "Play-it-again Sports" for his skates, since the guards never needed to be removed!!! LOL!!!

How many here are from that generation that owned one of those blow-up toys (no not that kind of blow-up toy Barry33) that kept popping-up after you punched it over??? THAT is And-o's minds-eye image of Mulsy!!! And-o digs his brain-damaged posting Mulsy doll!!!

I really dont think it is fair to question someones intelligence because they can't spell, or have poor gramar. Just because I myself don't use proper gramar and can't spell a word doesn't mean I lack brains, or am uneducated.

I'm only criticizing pointless posts that have been thrown on here without regard to content on interest. It compounds the issue when the post has words that run together (runtogether) or are obviously missplelled (msiplled) because of the rush to put the dreck up here

Where is anyone's intelligence questioned, anyway? A llittle sensitive, perhaps?

Actually the very last thing I am sensitive about is my intlligence. I may have misunderstood your post, and I am sorry for that. But unlike some posters on here I don't feel that it is important to use big word and complex sentances to make myself look smart(Not saying you do either Brooklyn). It was the Mongo comment that made me think you were questioning peoples intelligence because of bad spelling or gramar. And as for words being msiplled and rantogether, I will defend those posters. I often post on here from work. I have 5 or 10 minutes to read all the post and reply where I feel I should. I am sure a lot of people do. But again, I am sorry if I read to much into this. No hard feelings I hope.

No hard feelings... Again, it was just a sudden rash of blurts rather than posts that was making me itch...

I don't even care if someone is "smart" or not, God knows my brain is half-rotted with Guinness fumes by now. I don't care if a thoughtful post is mipspled or runtogether. It's just that the board took a bit of a quality dive over the last month, with a lot of new posters who either hadn't bothered, or didn't care, to notice the general tone and quality of previous posts (now's a great time for all to look over the old stuff)

I found myself missing posts that had someting to say, from both new posters (such as yourself and your lovely spouse) and old-o, because they had been pushed off the page by the fifth post in a row from a poster with nothing to say. It makes it harder to enjoy coming here.

That's all. For now.
