Greetings and salutations to my fellow brethren here, who often frequent this fine forum for some good-natured chit-chat about our favorite National Hockey League Club.
I for one am very much looking forward to this evenings ice hockey match versus the Hurricanes of Carolina. I do think it a shame though, in my very humble opinion, that this match is being contested in the cold climate of Montreal, as the entire Carolina region is just so darn pretty this time of year! If however anyone disagrees with such a bold and brash statement, please accept my sincerest apologies in advance…so sorry!
Yes indeed, it should prove to be quite a hum-dinger tonight in Montreal!
In particular, I am anxious to see whether or not the ‘good-guys’ are able to continue their spirited play of late…and hey, does the outcome really matter?! Just as long as everyone has had fun and tried their absolute best…that is what really matters!
Bravo Saku…Bravo Alexei…best wishes for an excellent showing this evening!
Sincerest and warmest regards to all! Bye for now!

Good one, you guys!
I guess, And-o, you should change your name to "Andrew-o".
(And this is my post #1985 - another big year for Nil d - the year I passed the uniform final exam and became a Chartered Accountant.)

When I read "Unplugged" I thought you were going to break out in song by posting an audio link. When I discovered you didn't, I read your post anyway. I think my song idea would of been a better choice.
But seriously, if you want a board where everyone is on an anonymous rant, there's quite a few out there for you. I come to this one because you're sort of accountable for your posts among a group of friends.
And-o, don't go far. This board needs someone that can see through the fence that these members like to put up. It's great to have another opinion. If not for you, we would all be Saks worshipers and this wouldn't be a sports forum but a monastic community.
