Saks breathing a sigh.....
Permalink Closed

It must be a bit of a shock for Saks losing a long term teammate. They have had limited success in their tenure but obviously have shared the ups and downs together!

On the flip side, he must be breathing a sigh of relief knowing that it won't be him packing his bags no matter how badly his play continues to deteriate in the next few seasons!

He must consider himself a very lucky man! He can continue to relax through every trade deadline while the boys that care like Rivet and Souray go through the wall for their team!

These potshots are getting really pathetic...

This is my frst and last reply to these kind of comments; I don't want to encourage you. Suck it up, Ab. Koivu is here for a long time because he has proved his worth.

 I'm talking about future realities.

Let's talk about the past. Last year around this time you were blasting Rivet, please don't stick up for him now.

Pretty useless comments coming out of you these days. At least you have one less player to blast in Theo... Who will be your next victim?

Okay AB, I've tried to be nice. Listen to your rants. But your posts are becoming useless now. So I am done with any responses to you on this topic.

Your just a bitter little man. Goodbye AB. Good luck with your pent up anger over... of all things Koivu? Later.

Just quit it man...I can't believe that your topic of the day is Saks.

BTW Koivu didn't need this trade deadline to come and go without being traded to consider himself a very luck man. He's been feeling like a lucky man for a few years now.

Actually your fixation on Koivu has gotten pretty humorous. I appreciate your non-stop posts on Saks...at least they make me laugh

Actually the only one breathing a huge sigh of relief today is Bob Gainey because after signing Theo to a contract which was waaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyy too much, he has been able to save face and unload it. It was quite obvious early on that Gainey felt he needed to cover his a$$ on Theo's contract because his first order of business as head coach was to stick Theo back in nets. Now he no longer has to worry about fans like us complaining about all teh cap space sitting on the bench.

AB, when you close your eyes, do you by any chance see Saku like this? It would explain a lot...
