When next September rolls around, who will be the goalies. Abashuer #1 (if Huet leaves) and Danis #2. The real question I have to pose is,  Is Huet definitely out of here ????????? I recall posts earlier in the season that Huet was definitely going home

To me, it looks like BG thinks so. Or he thinks that Huet's stellar play has just been a fluke. Otherwise this trade makes no sense.

Well, I think it could also be Gainey hedging bets. As in, one of these three goalies will turn out to be the man while Price learns the ropes.

Maybe Gainey is looking at a Fernandez/Roloson type combo? Maybe Ab is only here for a few hours until he is moved to Vancouer or Tampa for someone else... maybe as a package for St. Louis?

There has been a few situations like Fernandez/Roloson before, has it ever really worked out successfully though?  I can't think of any examples where it has.
