My thoughts exactly....i was thinking this when i heard he was starting, its not like we have Andre Racicot for a back up....and didn't Huet look a little tired lastnight in Philly, in which we still came out with a point...bad decision by BG.....i expect now to see Denis with Boston, hopefully get the 2 points there, and get back the 2 points from the leafs with a rested Huet.
Huet should have played tonight, as it was the more important game. Danis should have played Vs Philli. I think that was obvious after Saturday when Huet was making mistakes late in that game.
Wake up BG - you are in a playoff race. Bonehead move to play Huet tonight Enough said.
At the risk of sounding "Pro Julien" , Gainey has made some moves that have troubled me. Several times he has stuck Kovalev and Ribs out there on 4 on 4 situations. Now, some will say "well they are great offensive players and should be out there with more ice". But to me, they are total defensive liablilities and those weaknesses far exceed the offensive upside in a 4 on 4 situation. Last night it cost us a goal at a key time, in Philly it almost cost us, and against the Islanders it cost us. There is no way Huet should have played back to back games after so many games on a long road trip. What is going to happen if Danis has to go in and has not played in months?

BG has made many decisions since he became the coach. He gave Huet Sunday off so that he can have him play the back-to-back games. Huet was advised and prepared to do so. But it's a Bonehead move. If the Habs would of won, BG is not a Bonehhead but a swift hockeyman. Enough said!
