Recieved my college application replies from a few of the colleges i applied to. Not the acceptance or rejection letters, but the pre-course required testing letters. I applied at Algonquin college in Ottawa for Television Broadcasting, Radio Broadcasting and also Police Foundations. I also applied at Loyalist college in Belleville for Radio Broadcasting and in St Lawrence college in Cornwall for Police Foundations. My fingers are crossed for Algonquin though. Anyways, withing the next couple weeks i will be writing the mandetory test for the Broadcasting and also Radio broadcasting courses. The test is 3 hours long and includes a 1 page essay. Although the test isnt the ONLY thing they look at to decide on if you are accepted or not, it is a big part, so you can bet im pretty nervous!! Wish me luck!!

My son (Northwind) just received a letter for 4 year scholarship at any state university or college. We will still apply for scholarships for books etc. Congrats to you, I wish you all the luck in the world

Johab all the best and I hope you do well, I did the same test about 15 years ago, was mainly about Canada. One question I had was who was the premier of Newfoundland. Threw me for a loop, not to many people know that answer especially someone in Ontario. For the record it was Clyde Wells at the time, to this day I make a point of knowing the premier of Newfoundland. Just something that stuck to me. Good Luck!!!!
