Hey guys...I just joined the forum today. I'm from Nova Scotia and the only way I can watch Habs games is on SRC, CBC when playing their "beloved" Leafs, or TSN. I thought SRC had a deal with RDS to show all saturday games. But the game isn't on this afternoon forcing me to listen to the radio. I was wondering what the deal is between the two stations?

Welcome Mike!  Great to have another Nova Scotian on board.  Where in NS are you?

You can also see the Habs when they play Ottawa, on CTV Sportsnet.  The SRC deal seems only to cover Saturday night games, it seems.  Today's game is not on.

F%$#@*&^!

Toronto Broadcasting Co(CBC) is covering women's curling(The Strauss Canada Cup) from Kamloops.  They will do anything to avoid covering Habs hockey unless they are playing Tor. or Ott.  TSN is covering Bowling and the 4 Sportsnets are covering Soccer.  Cudos to RDS, they cover all Habs games.

Go X-men!  I'm a SMU alumnus myself.  (Go Huskies!)

I see the Habs won today.  Maybe you'll be our good luck charm, Mike!

Welcome Mike from the west coast.  I have just rejoined this forum and I visit it religiously.  This board contains great group fans who are very passionate about their team.  I'm sure you'll find it entertaining to say the least.

Speaking of RDS.  I have subscribed since the beginning of the season.  I think I am to blame for the poor showing our guys have shown so far.  To prove my point I watched the game on Thursday and see what happened.  Today my power went out due to high winds so I missed the game.  I couldn't even listen to it on CJAD.  Maybe I should tune out to save everyone the pain.

Philly is toast tomorrow.  I won't be watching.  LOL.

Well don't be so hard on yourself, I'm sure there are other factors to our losing streak, like; uhm, uh, hmm, oh yeah! the forwards not scoring and our #1 goalie, to name a few.

Too bad you're going to mis the game. Cthink of it, I never mis a game. If I can't whatch it, I get my PVR to watch it for me and tell me all about it when I get home. You should do the same.

Hey WCHF!  Good to see both you and the Mrs. (Mrs, Hab, that is, not your Mrs.) rejoining us.  This place wasn't the same without you.  Hopefully you two will add some sorely lacking decorum.............

Thanks Nil D.  It is good to be back.  If you cannot vent to your fellow die hard fans who can you vent to.  I think everyone on this board of are quite frustrated with the way things are going.  It is one thing to cheer for a bad team but the ahbs are not a bad team.  They are just underacheiving.

Remember, the Habs have the potential to be a very good team.  They are just in the middle of a funk and need to get out of it.  If Huet can keep up the good play and they see some positive results the confidence will come back.  That and a little tweaking and we will be in the playoffs.

We need to keep the faith.

I agree fully.  The tweaking that needs to be done is mainly between the ears.
