Well I watched the game from the hotel bar last night and I have to say I was just disgusted. This team, from TOP TO BOTTOM is plain pathetic. No leadership..or at least if we do have leadership no one wants to follow them. ZERO HEART. NO DESIRE...*sigh* I could go on and on and on but why bother? You guys have covered it. What peeves me off is this. Boston stuck with their coach when everyone wanted him canned. Made a trade or 2. And now look at them? Wave to them on the way buy guys! Gainey's idea was to hire his good buddy Carbo AND singn him to a long term contract with next to zero coaching experience, and then sign Aaron Downey...this after making a "statement" by sticking with Theo. Pathetic.

You know..I can put up with a team that loses because we try hard but have no talent. But this team has consistently floated through game after game after game. 17 shots last night. We are averaging a whopping 18 shots a game guys..wow!!! WHat an effort!! WHAT COACHING!!!!!! Jarvis, Carbo and Gainey..who probably have  atotal of 100 goals between them in their whole careers..really what did we expect?  Now we are stuck with Carbonneau even though it is quite apparent that the team we have currently do not want to play for him. For GODS sake boys..when the GM Is behind the bench and the team makes no effort, where does that leave us? WHat does it say about this team? I am at a loss. Like my buddy Michel Therrien says, they do not care. I truly believe this whole team does not care. We get one decent effort out Kovalev and then 20 no shows. One good game out of Saks and then no shows. I guess no one really cares because hey..they will either get the contract in Montreal or elsewhere right?
